Celebrations, Meltdowns, and one happy moment.

On our Anniversary I attempted to make a fun dessert. The frosting ended up runny but yummy. J and Jakub loved to cupcakes ....

But for some reason James freaked out when I gave it to him. He continued to cry until I removed it from his tray.For Valentines Day Grandma and Grandpa gave the boys cards and $1. J and James were very excited....


But again we had a meltdown, this time it was Jakub.A few days later there was a brief moment of joy in our house.....
The twins played together and no one was crying.

Another Playdate!
It is so great to have my Tuesday Mornings Planned. I know I don't have keep 2 toddlers entertained for the whole day all by myself. The boys get excited to play with Shayden. Cami and I have been planning Birthday Parties. Shayden will be 2 this week. And the twins are only a few weeks behind.

What is going on the Mills house?

J lost his second tooth. I convinced him to let me touch it and I pulled it right out. It flipped out of my fingers and we never found it.
We told J the tooth fairy would find it. The next morning there was a dollar in the tooth pocket on his door and he never said anything about the missing tooth.
James and Jakub use up about 10 diapers a day between them. They are in size 4's. I love Huggies but I have been using White Cloud during the day and Huggies for night time. These 2 boxes will last about 20 days. The boys love to play in the boxes.

This picture is from my 4th file (4th picture). Thanks for the Tag Lara. It gave me an excuse to look back on some old pictures and remember some good times.
I attended Mary Kay Career Conference in March 2006. I am standing next to my recruiter and director Julie Griffin. She found me through a parade of houses drawing in 1999. I became a Mary Kay Consultant in Nov 1999, almost 10 years ago. I have met some great women in Mary Kay. Many have become life long friends. I have gone to Seminar in Dallas several times. And I love the products.

Play Date

James and Jakub love to play with their friend Shayden. I look forward to some scheduled adult conversation with Cami 2 days a week. Being a SAHM has its ups and downs. But on days like today I feel blessed to be home with my boys. I hope someday I don't have to work in the evenings but for now it is great to have a job I can work after the twins are in bed and John is home. John and J usually finish up homework and hang out before his bedtime.

Treats from Papa

Papa stopped by with treats today. Leave it to Grandpa to stop by with the sugary messy treats in the afternoon. The boys loved the hats and I threw my already felling diet out the window and ate more than my share of Krispy Kremes.

After several attempts to get them to sit in one place at the same time. I was able to get a few pictures. James and Jakub love to show off there faces. The one I didn't get was shy...they tilt their heads to one side. What a joy it is to have 2 toddlers in the house.
